Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

Veyracord ("we", "us") provides a Software-as-a-Service platform that helps Discord server administrators automate community-management tasks. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information — email address and a hashed password, plus your Discord user ID and avatar if you sign in with Discord OAuth.
• Customer-supplied configuration — Discord bot tokens, Admaven API keys, server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, and posting schedules. Bot tokens are encrypted at rest and used only to operate the products you have configured.
• Payment information — processed exclusively by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we receive only a tokenised customer ID, the last four digits of the card, and the billing country.
• Usage and operational logs — product activity (e.g. keys generated, posts sent, verifications completed), error logs, IP address, and basic browser metadata, retained for security and debugging.
• TikTok screenshot uploads — when an end-user submits a TikTok comment-history screenshot to a server using our TikTok System, that image is processed by our OCR pipeline. Images are not retained after analysis is complete; only the analysis result (pass / fail and reason) is stored.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate the products you have subscribed to.
• To process payments and send transactional emails (receipts, renewal notices, security alerts).
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.
• To comply with legal obligations (tax records, lawful requests).
• To improve the Service through aggregated, non-identifying analytics.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising or profiling unrelated to providing the Service.

4. Third-Party Processors

We rely on the following processors to deliver the Service:

• Stripe — payment processing (privacy).
• Discord — OAuth login and bot operation (privacy).
• Admaven — content-locker ad delivery for the Key System (only invoked at the request of customers who have configured an Admaven API key).
• TikTok — only insofar as end-users supply screenshots from their own TikTok account; we do not call TikTok APIs directly.

5. Data Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Operational logs are retained for up to 90 days. Transaction and billing records are retained for at least seven (7) years to satisfy tax and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing veyracord@gmail.com; data we are legally required to keep will be retained in archived form.

6. Cookies

We use only strictly-necessary cookies — for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

7. Security

We use HTTPS for all traffic, store passwords as bcrypt hashes, encrypt Discord bot tokens at rest, and isolate production data behind firewalled networks. No system is perfectly secure; please report any suspected vulnerability to veyracord@gmail.com.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights contact veyracord@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.

9. International Transfers

Our infrastructure is hosted in the European Union. If you access the Service from outside the EU, your data will be transferred to and processed in the EU under standard contractual safeguards.

10. Children

Veyracord is not intended for users under 18. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least seven (7) days before taking effect.
