Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on or otherwise using Veyracord ("Veyracord", "Service", "we", "us") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Veyracord is a Software-as-a-Service platform that helps Discord server administrators automate community-management tasks. The Service consists of three independent subscription products:

  • Key System— generates and manages access keys distributed to a server's own members through an ad-supported landing page (Admaven content locker integration). On redemption a Discord role is automatically assigned.
  • TikTok System— verifies that a Discord member has commented a customer-defined keyword on TikTok by analysing a screenshot of the member's public TikTok comment history; on success a Discord role is assigned.
  • Posts System — schedules automated posting of customer-supplied content to customer-owned Discord channels at customer-defined intervals.

Veyracord is a tool used by the customer; the customer is solely responsible for the Discord servers they administer and for the content they distribute through the Service.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and any Discord bot tokens you provide confidential. You may not share your account or use another person's account.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

  • Each product is a separate monthly or annual subscription billed in advance through Stripe.
  • Prices are listed in USD on the pricing page and may change with prior notice; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for the current term.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Add-on packages (e.g. additional Posts System quota, extra Discord servers) are billed separately at the prices shown on the pricing page.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Veyracord to:

  • Distribute illegal content, malware, or material that infringes any third-party intellectual-property right.
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages or otherwise spam Discord users in violation of Discord's Terms of Service.
  • Misrepresent the source or nature of any content posted through the Service.
  • Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service without our written consent.
  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party platform's terms.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

6. Customer Content & Discord Bot Tokens

You retain all ownership of the content you post through the Service and of the Discord bot tokens you supply. You grant Veyracord a limited licence to process that content and to operate your bot solely as required to deliver the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to distribute any content you upload or schedule.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms — Discord, Stripe, Admaven, and TikTok. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. Veyracord is not affiliated with Discord, TikTok, Admaven, or Stripe and is not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs or policies.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law, or if continued provision of the Service would expose Veyracord to legal or financial risk.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We make no warranty regarding results obtained from use of the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veyracord's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least seven (7) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
