Refund Policy

1. Overview
Veyracord sells SaaS subscriptions billed monthly or annually in advance. Because the Service is delivered immediately on payment, charges are generally non-refundable. The exceptions below describe when a refund will be issued.
2. 24-Hour First-Subscription Refund
If the product you subscribed to does not work as described on its feature page, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of your initial subscription. This applies once per product, per customer; renewals and re-subscriptions are not eligible.
3. Other Refund-Eligible Cases
A refund will also be issued in the following situations:
- Service outage — the product was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to a verified failure on our side.
- Duplicate charge — you were charged twice for the same period.
- Unauthorised charge — a charge appeared on your card that you did not authorise; we will refund and assist with documentation for your bank.
- Accidental renewal — if a subscription renewed automatically and you contact us within seven (7) days of the renewal without having used the Service in the new period, we will refund the renewal charge.
4. Cases Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after the 24-hour window has elapsed.
- Account suspension or termination caused by a violation of our Terms of Service.
- Issues outside our control — Discord API downtime, TikTok layout changes, Admaven outages, or other third-party-platform changes.
- Failure to cancel a subscription before its renewal date (subject to clause 3 above).
- Add-on packages (Posts System quota, extra Discord servers) once the additional capacity has been consumed.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email veyracord@gmail.com with the following:
- The email address used to subscribe.
- The Stripe receipt number or transaction ID.
- The product (Key System, TikTok System, or Posts System) and the reason for the request.
We respond within two (2) business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
6. Cancelling a Subscription
You can cancel any subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect immediately for future billing — your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made.
7. Chargebacks
We prefer to resolve issues directly. Please contact us before initiating a card chargeback so we can fix the problem or refund you. Accounts with chargebacks issued without prior contact may be suspended pending review.
